The annual industry marketplace for suppliers of sustainable fabrics, components and manufacture to the fashion industry.

The annual Ethical Fashion Source Expo brings together international manufacturers, suppliers and cooperatives working to high ethical standards. The event includes a programme of seminars, introducing new products and exemplary supply and production systems.
Invitations to attend and exhibit are extended internationally.

By popular demand, this season the Ethical Fashion Forum will launch a Designer Pavilion as part of the Expo, bringing together the very best designers pioneering in sustainable sourcing alongside outstanding design.

The Ethical Fashion Source Expo is a not for profit event. All income generated is dedicated to the core work of the Ethical Fashion Forum, to create sustainable livelihoods, reduce poverty and minimise environmental impact through fashion.

Representation at the Expo

Exhibitor Representation at the Ethical Fashion Source Expo

If your oganisation is not based in the UK or you can’t represent your company at this event, we have several options to offer your company representation.

The EFF works with a team of regional sourcing agents who will be able to offer a valuable representation service for your company.
This service includes liaising with you in advance of the event to understand the details of your products and services and who you are seeking to connect with at the event, representing you on the day, and recording all details of contacts who express interest on the day, and the nature of their interest. This information will be sent to you after the event. There is also an option for agents to follow up contacts for you in the UK, based on a competitive daily rate fee.

This Mandate sets out minimum standards and requirements of exhibitors at the Ethical Fashion Source Expo.
A questionnaire “Supplier Directory Form” will be sent to each exhibitor to be completed and returned to ensure they reach these standards.
