Profile
Coventry University is a college fellow of the Ethical Fashion Forum and is dedicated to education and training in sustainability in its fashion modules.
Already one of the largest providers of business related degree courses in Europe; they have expanded their distinguished portfolio with the launch of their London Campus in 2010.
Located in the City of London, they deliver a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes for both UK and international students.
If you’re looking for a truly global experience, Coventry University believe there is no better place to learn about business than to study and work in the heart of the world’s financial markets; in a city that is a global trading centre.
The vibrant, culturally diverse city of London is a fantastic setting for students to immerse themselves in both the academic and practical side of the business world.
INTERNATIONAL FASHION MANAGEMENT MBA
This course equips students to effectively lead in the management of fashion businesses, addressing intellectual, financial and cultural demands of an ever changing society and global fashion audience. Students will emerge from our MBA International Fashion Management with clear perspectives on strategy and strategic thinking, and highly effective business and communication skills – all of which are demanded by organisations around the world.
INFORMATION ON SUSTAINABILITY MODULE
This module introduces differing concepts of strategy, its scope, purpose and outcomes and provides a practical outline of a number of different approaches to sustainable and strategic management. To be effective, MBA students need to know the particular strengths and weaknesses of each sustainable option and approach and recognise where and how they might be used with advantage. This module will prepare students to engage critically to adopt a mindset of sustainability in the fashion industry.
