The Ethical Fashion Forum acted as the UK partner on Africa Inspires, engaging fashion businesses in the UK with the project.
Africa Inspires linked African designers and communities (especially small and informal manufacturers) of ethically produced items, to international designers, retailers and distributors of mainstream, designer and luxury goods.
The International Trade Centre was looking to engage with established fashion designers and businesses in Europe and elsewhere, to facilitate sourcing from Africa within mainstream collections.
